Backling

Backlinking is both an important part of SEO and a stand alone way to get visitors to your page. Now, outgoing links have some value (a link on your page leading to other places: your other work, amazon, etc.), but Google loves quality backlinks (a link from other places leading to your page). When I say quality I mean links to your page from other "good" content sites, sites that have a lot of visitors, and sites with high ranking in the search engines. Hundreds of low quality links are easy to get, but they won't help your site as much a handful of good, high quality links. On this page I will discuss where and how to get these links both by creating your own and by getting others to link to you.
